Businesstravelinsurance.ie is a domain name of Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited was established in October 2003 by Joint Managing Directors Ciaran Mulligan and Rowan Devereux, initially focusing on the travel insurance market through the Travel Trade. Within a year Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited became the leading supplier of travel insurance through the Travel Trade in Ireland.
In March 2005, we opened our UK office in London and commence operations with the UK and Northern Ireland Travel trade picking up significant business after a short period. David Moore joined the company in 2005 as our IT Director managing a number of technology staff. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited technology and websites are all developed in house by our own IT development team.
In 2006 Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited developed a new distribution arm through Insurance Intermediaries in Ireland. A significant number of insurance intermediaries began selling Travel Insurance either directly in their company, on their website with our online white label booking site or through the Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited call centre.
A year later, Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited started developing other Insurance Products such as Wedding Insurance, Motor Breakdown Cover and Car Hire Excess Insurance. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited also started selling directly to the consumer through our direct websites such as www.blueinsurance.ie, www.multitrip.com, www.weddinginsurance.ie, www.covermywedding.co.uk, www.breakdowncover.ie, www.covermybreakdown.co.uk and www.carhireexcess.com.
Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited will be launching Pet Insurance and Marine Insurance. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited vision is to lead the Insurance Industry with a comprehensive product, quality customer service, competitive rates and the latest technology, enabling all our Insurance Intermediaries to have the easiest and quickest solution when booking Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited Products.
Our new Call Centre facility will allow us to offer more facilities and greater flexibility to Insurance Intermediaries including longer opening hours. Our new insurance products coming in late 2008 and early 2009 will include Home and Motor Insurance. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited also arranges Insurance Bonding, Travel Agents/Tour Operators Office, Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance at very competitive prices.
Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited is now the leading supplier of Travel Insurance, Wedding Insurance and Car Hire Excess in Ireland. We have been voted Best Travel Insurance Product for the past three years by the Irish Travel Trade.
Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited has now moved to new owned headquarters at Plaza 212, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 and our new UK office is situated at Parkview, 82 Oxford Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1UX.

If you have a complaint about the sale of your policy or our website, please contact us on complaints@blueinsurance.ie.
We will do our best to resolve your complaint within 40 business days of receipt of your initial complaint. If we are unable to resolve your complaint you may refer the matter with the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau (https://www.financialombudsman.ie/). You will also be able to use the EC On-line Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ who will notify the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau on your behalf.
